SHIPPING AND RETURNS

We understand that buying things online sometimes don't go as planned, but don’t worry, we’ve got you covered.
1) If you aren't totally happy with your item, send us an email within 10 business days at firstname.lastname@example.org so we can approve the item you are returning.
2) After you receive approval, ship the item back to our address:

If you would like to exchange an item, please place a new order for the item you want before returning your original purchase. It will ensure that your new favorite item is in stock! Once we receive your return, we will process a refund for the cost of the returned item and send you an email to confirm that it’s all good.
All stocked items will be dispatched within 48-72 hours from the date the order was placed. Customers will be notified if so. Please note that all orders are sent via Spain Post (Correos )on weekdays only.
SHIPPING & TRACKINT TIMES
All items will be delivered via SPAIN Post (CORREOS) . If customers would like more information on the location of their items during shipping, it is their responsibility to follow up with SPAIN Post (CORREOS)
